Dining

Participants enjoy breakfast, lunch, and snack each day at the center. All meals are prepared on-site, are dietician approved, and are able to be modified as needed to support special diets and preferences.

Breakfast includes freshly baked muffins or biscuits, a selection of hot and cold cereals, juices, milk, coffee, tea, and cocoa and is served as participants arrive each morning.

Lunches are substantial and are served restaurant-style in our bright and spacious dining room.

Snack is served daily at 2:00 p.m. and includes a sweet or savory offering and a beverage, such as cheese and crackers, soft pretzels and mustard, yogurt and fruit, and more.

Just as important as the food that nourishes our participants’ is the socialization and camaraderie that develops in the dining room. The staff works hard to introduce participants to those who may have like interests or abilities and help stimulate conversation amongst those who are more reserved. As with our activities, support and assistance is offered as needed so that those of any ability can enjoy interacting with others.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
